No. Every pack open guarantees delivery of an asset to your inventory - there is no zero outcome and the house never simply keeps your money. It is a retail purchase of a surprise product, the same mechanic as collectible card packs.
Before you open, we publish a hashed server seed. The result is derived from that seed, your client seed, and an incrementing nonce via HMAC-SHA256. On rotation we reveal the seed so you can reproduce any past open and confirm it was never manipulated.
